Old Forge Crossing community include a reflection pond, walking trails, a swimming pool, two tennis courts and direct access to the Chester Valley Trail. The use of the pool and tennis courts are included in the rent. Off-Street Parking. Tenant pays for electricity, cable, gas, sewer (current annual fee for sewer $250) and $350 move-in fee. No pet.
