Hardwood floor throughout the house. One brand new fully renovated bathroom on first floor. Two-year-old HVAC to ensure comfort living. New large concrete patio in the back. All new interior paint for a fresh start.
Large windows with abundant natural light. Deck looking out to beautiful backyard. Oversized two car garage with a large storage room. Very quiet neighborhood.
No pets. No smoking. Non-refundable application fee $60 for each adult for credits and background check. Deposits required. Tenants responsible for all utilities including gas, electricity, water, trash, and sewer (pay to landlord monthly with rent). (Disclosure: Agent owned. Fireplace not functional). Minimum one year lease required. When inquiry, please provide: your annual income, number of people, credit score, in order to get a response. Sorry we are NOT section 8 ready.
