Newly built in 2020, this back house is a 400 square feet studio unit. This unit is meant for 2 people maximum. The back house is located in the backyard of the main house. It is detached from the main house, so you will have more privacy. There is a private entrance, so the only thing shared is the driveway. It is fully furnished with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. It has a king size bed and a twin size bed/couch. There is also a 55 inch smart flatscreen TV.

The bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet, and sink. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

There is 1 parking spot in the driveway for you, as well as one more parking space behind the gate for more security. Rent is $1700 a month, plus $75 a month for internet/wifi service. Utilities will cost extra each month depending on your usage, it will not be expensive if you are conscious about turning off appliances when not using.

Deposit is $1700. No smoking inside or on property, no pets/animals allowed. Thank you for looking.
