Newly built in January, 2024 is our studio unit! This unit is perfect for a single person who wishes to have their own personal space without sharing a home with someone.
Please read the listing in its entirety to make sure this place is a right fit for you.

The studio unit is located to the left of the main house with a separate entrance and not shared, it is only for you. Please note there is one common wall. Our new studio unit is 200 square feet, fully furnished, with the following amenities;

*Full kitchen with a gas stove/oven, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, cookware, utensils and cutlery
*Bathroom with stand up shower, sink, and toilet
*Split unit AC/heater
*3 piece dining table for two
*43 inch Samsung flat screen TV loaded with Netlfix (sign into your account) and local TV channels only (NO cable TV)
*Queen size bed
*Luxury vinyl plank floors
*Washer/dryer in backyard, shared with main house.

For safety there are several Ring video cameras located on the outside of the homes only. There is no video surveillance inside of the home.

Trash and gardener is free and included, other utilities such as electricity, water, and gas are tenant's responsibility. WiFi is an extra $50 per month if desired.

Please note there is no smoking allowed inside the home or on the property, no dishwasher, no pets/animals allowed, and no housekeeping.

Also please note that the main house is occupied by another tenant/family. There are separate entrances for each house, so the only thing shared on the property is one common wall.

A background check will be required, as well as proof of income. This studio unit is meant only for one person, NO SUBLETTING.
