This property does NOT have furnishings as shown in the photos other than the stove/oven, microwave, Refrigerator/freezer, and 2 AC units.

Please note there is also a back house on property, and a smaller studio (with one shared wall) unit next to the main house. However, each place has their own separate entrances, ensuring privacy.

If you are serious about renting this home, please have your application filled out through Zillow, a background and credit check will also be performed and reviewed.
1 year minimum lease, 2 years or more preferred.

No smoking of any kind inside or on property, no overnight guests longer than 5 nights consecutively, no pets/animals allowed. Renter is responsible for any pest control services.

Since the property has 3 homes on site, Renter pays for 60% of utilities, which will be billed to you each month. WiFi is $75 extra each month if desired. Gardener will be paid for by owner. Parking is in the center of the driveway only. The right and left side of the driveway is reserved for the other tenants.
