532 Skipper Dr. is the correct address. Great 55+ mobile home neighborhood on Seminole Lake. Temporary/vacation rental. You pay for electric, and internet if wanted, landlord pays everything else. You have the freedom to use the built in pool, laundry facilities, fishing pier, boat ramp to lake, and all other activities and ammenities which our neighborhood enjoys. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath doublewide mobile home with a front porch and attached car port. Fully furnished from dishes to bed sheets, towels and all small appliances including a water softener. Set up like an Air B&B or hotel with all needed ammenities. Madeira beach is only 2 mis. down the road as well as restaurants, and groceries. Most within walking distance. Comfortable, more private, but with friendly neighbors. More economical than a condo or hotel.

I can not allow smoking in the house or large shedding dogs.

The Halloween is amazing. It’s a place for all generations, kids mostly go to private schools and many to the gifted public. Some laddies organize the nights out and reading club, some people like to golf. And it’s close to I-275, International airport, many parks, beach, downtown St.Pete."
