"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 33 years. It’s changed a lot. Most of the neighbors are new, and keep to themselves. It’s quite and safe. Good for families and older residents. Not very much fun for the in betweens. No neighborhood activities ever "

"Many parks and beautiful trails to walk! Pet friendly area. Many people respectfully exercising their pups often, typically leashed. Huge coyote presence, however, so it would be advisable to keep them leashed and near to you while walking. Nice area "

"Fine for walking and exercise. Lots of parks. I have 4 parks in walking distance that I frequent all the time. We walk to the grocery, the bank, a couple restaurants. "
