Fully Furnished 3-bedroom First Floor Apartment - available monthly for WINTER SEASON only, September 8 through May 20, 2027. Only $1800 per month.

Public transportation one block from house.

This is a perfect apartment for Traveling medical professionals, professional poker players, or commuting Stockton University teachers or students!

In consideration of ALL people who stay at our house, we are a smoke-free property and do not allow animals/pets.

1-1/2 months' security deposit is required in addition to rent.

$40 application fee for background/credit check is also required.

Rent includes: Heat, Electricity, Cable TV, High Speed WIFI, Lawn Service, Water/Sewer, etc. - ONLY ONE MONTHLY CHECK TO WRITE!

Tenant is responsible for snow removal, and placing trash receptacles weekly at curbside.

This is a furnished short term WINTER RENTAL ONLY. NOT a yearly term. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. If less than three people, a rent reduction will be considered.

Please, no pets. Entire property is smoke-free.

Application fee of $40, includes credit and criminal background check. (applicant may provide evidence of inaccuracies with their criminal record, rehabilitation, or other mitigating factors).
