This is an adorable little place! Located on the quiet 'north end' of the island. This is a perfect apartment for Traveling medical professionals, professional poker players, or commuting Stockton University teachers or students!
Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

In consideration of ALL people who stay at our house, we are a smoke-free property and do not allow animals/pets.

1-1/2 months' security deposit ($2250) is required in addition to rent.

$40 application fee for background/credit check is also required.
Stockton students will need a parent to co-sign the lease.

Perfect for off-campus housing for Stockton Students, WSOP winter players, Traveling Medical Personnel, etc.! THIS IS A 9 MONTH WINTER SEASON RENTAL ONLY. A yearly lease is NOT available. All utilities are included!
