Two porches. 3 Bedrooms have brand new king size mattresses, ceiling fans, black out shades, and ample closet space. 1 bedroom has twin bunks, and black out shades. 2 gorgeous bathrooms await you. 1 with a tub, shower head and hand sprayer. The other one has a double sink, shower head, hand sprayer and rain shower head. The great room is at the back of the house where it is sunny all afternoon. In this room is a couch, chairs, a chaise lounge and a TV. The well appointed kitchen has leathered quartzite countertops and stainless steel appliances and gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal full size fridge and freezer. Keurig Coffee maker. Dining table and peninsula/bar. Full size washer and dryer, wifi enabled. Ceiling fans throughout and central AC. For your convenience and safety there is a full home power generator and security camera. Return from the beach to hours of indoor/outdoor entertaining as the great room is flooded with sunlight all afternoon. Open up the accordion doors to the fully fenced yard and 10 person Grand Cayman Extreme swim spa with safety grab bar and LED Lights for nighttime ambiance. One side is a pool with optional resistance swimming and the other is a hot tub. Inside there is a 7' indoor ping pong and air hockey table. Down the steps to the yard is room for you to grill or play some backyard games. Outdoor shower on porch. Approved dogs breeds are welcome. Friday to Friday weekly rental. 2026-02-20
