Set further into the bay. Our home is on the deeper water side of the docks. You will absolutely enjoy staying in our lovely floating home which has three floors that features stunning views of the bay!

This private and relaxing boathouse has many fine finishes, custom built-ins, etched glass railings, and more that would please your eyes... It can comfortably accommodate up to four people with its two cozy bedrooms and three nice baths. The lower level has the second bedroom with a comfy queen bed, the mid level has the living area and kitchen, while the upper level has the masters bedroom boasting a California king bed.

Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, very close to groceries, and great spots and since we're located in the beautiful little town of Sausalito, we are only minutes to San Francisco. You will surely have a fantastic time during your stay!

Otherwise, the southern marin mothers group is very active here for noms of young kids and there are several fantastic private school for all educational philosophies. Overall, a great city for kids. Lots of tourist activity, but strong neighbor support. Lots of parks public spaces and restaurants that are kid friendly. "
