University Park is in a neighborhood full of popular bars, diners and boutiques near the University of Denver.

We currently have two units available for move in. Unit 206 is 2nd floor corner 2 bedroom unit. It has updated paint, very spacious with the large living room, and master bedrooms. Currently we are asking for $1250/mo for rent on a 12 month lease and $95 for utilities which covers water, sewer, trash and gas. Electric you pay directly to Xcel Energy. We also have a one bedroom located on the corner 2nd floor that rents for $1000/mo. and $75 for utilities. Both units should be move in ready by middle of July 1st.
