"There are lots of dogs running around either stray or just getting out all the time. They’re mostly timid, but I’ve never run into one while walking a dog."
  • Trulia User
"There are frequently dogs running around off leash with no people in sight. I see this every time I go out walking, it’s always different dogs."
  • Trulia User
"Dogs tend to bark a lot. Carry a stick when U walk so if one comes at U then you got a defense. They shut down the school. The public bus runs thru."
  • Trulia User
"Large yards. Paved sidewalks for walking. Pretty good area for dogs. I have two dogs and I walk them frequently"
  • Kyleen D.
"people walk their dogs through here regularly, and many cannot afford vaccinations. if you do walk, make sure your dog is current to avoid diseases and viruses l. "
  • Rebecca M.

  • Iris C.

"bbq's close to stores for shopping. inlike how all the neighbors get along and everybodies polite. freinds store employees. id like to stay in this area for a while"
  • kapstack11
"The day we moved in we were met by a group of children ages 12-15 about 4or 5 of them. They had put together a folder that said welcome to our neighborhood. They showed my son around introduced him to all the other kids. Our house sat vacant as a foreclosure for over 1/2 a year and had no vandalism to it. The area is located near EVERYTHING (malls, shopping, parks, bus routes, service stations, etc) I don't have to drive far to get to anything I need. At night it is quiet and I have been told by many contractors who are helping us remodel that neighbors have gone out of their way to let them see they are being watched. In todays world it is nice to have neighbors who keep their eyes open and have your back. The one complaint I do have is that tagging and grafitti on commercial buildings and signs is happening. Sure wish the police could keep a better eye on things because it makes a otherwise decent neighborhood have a bad reputation. "
