  • Cmcmuir
"It would be nice if all dog owners clean up after their dogs instead of leaving it on the ground. It’s nasty to see the mess left behind"

  • Kristen C.
"The neighborhoods are turning over & becoming better- There are nice neighborhoods & there are bad ones & they are too close to each other still. "
  • LaToya P.
"None. They scheduled a music festival last weekend but no one really showed up. I think there is a lack of community involvement. "
  • Harball
"There is nothing special about this neighborhood. It has totally changed from before, and not in a good way. There are some nice places on the lake I'd like to check out, but it's still Rosemont. So no way!"
  • Pavie V.
"Depending on what time you need to be at work, it can be a 20-25 minute ride to downtown. That’s without traffic."

"Love this area. Great Mix of young and old living in the area. Neighbors are friendly and keep up their homes. Optional to belong to HOA and there is a Rosemont Woman's Club that one can join to go to many top venues around the greater Orlando area and meet your neighbors. Very close to Winter Park and College Park areas with Trader Joe's close by. John Young Parkway is easy access from here. Beautiful Lake Orlando! All around great neighborhood! "
