About this House

FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, 49 ELK LANE IS READY FOR ITS NEXT CHAPTER. Lovingly owned by the same family since the beginning, this is one of those homes that simply hasn’t come along before—and now, for the first time, someone new gets the opportunity to call it home.
Set on a large corner lot in Ken Caryl Valley- North Ranch neighborhood, this home immediately stands out with its freshly painted exterior, expansive yard and oversized three-car garage. Step inside and you'll find the same pride of ownership paired with thoughtful updates that make the home feel fresh, warm and move-in ready.

The spacious floor plan was designed for real life, with generous gathering spaces, 4 large bedrooms upstairs, updated wood flooring and fresh interior paint creating a bright, cohesive feel throughout. The kitchen has also been refreshed, giving the heart of the home an updated look while maintaining a comfortable layout made for everyday living and entertaining.

With five bedrooms and a finished basement, there is room for everyone and everything—home office, guests, a gym, playroom, movie nights or simply space to spread out.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a retreat of its own. The beautifully updated primary bathroom features heated floors, bringing a little everyday luxury to Colorado mornings.

Outside, the oversized corner lot provides an incredible amount of usable yard space with room to play, entertain, garden or create your own outdoor oasis. And don't overlook the oversized three-car garage—ideal for vehicles, bikes, outdoor gear, a workshop and all the storage that comes with the Colorado lifestyle.

Beyond the property, enjoy access to 3 neighborhood pools, miles of biking and hiking trails, equestrian center and community events.

Come see why the original owners never wanted to leave. Open houses Friday Oct 2 from 4-6 and Sunday 11:00am-1:00pm

"You see people walking around with their dogs and babies! I think it’s very cozy neighborhood. I love live here! "
  • BenPea
"It’s nice and quiet. Lots of various activities to participate in any weekly basis. Neighbors are helpful."
  • Goombao
"Dog owners are friendly, most pick up after their pets. Very few are off leash and most contain their dogs and control barking. "
  • Marta.jovel
"It’s private, quiet and calm! And my daughter’s school has near to my house. Also I have really good restaurants nearby."
  • Trulia User
"It is quiet and clean. Light traffic, access to light rail. Decent food options but could be better."
  • Afontsanborn
"Friendly, easy to get to the foothills to hike and cycle. Very little traffic. Oversized houses. Decent schools. "
  • Goombao
"Dog owners respect others and follow leash laws and give others space. Some owners don’t pick up in a nearby field."

"Safe friendly neighborhood, 45 years here. Pets are numerous, continuing changes in demographics from young to old and then back again."
  • Goombao
"Great neighborhood, pet friendly, safe and walkable. Shopping, restaurants and services are all convenient."
  • Trulia User
"The area is very family oriented. Nice places to go and enjoy as a family to walk and hike. Close to hospitals and great doctors in the area"
  • Dad
"I’ve lived here with my wife for seven years. Our neighbors are great and always happy to trade watching homes if someone’s out of town. There are lots of neighborhood activities, kids playing in the three local parks, enjoying the swimming pool, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, playground, and lake with its paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes. We commonly see boys walking home with a stringer of bluegill and bass and the HOA puts on parties at least once per quarter. The HOA fee is the lowest we’ve ever experienced despite having an Olympic size pool available to all residents. The speed limit is low going through the neighborhood, but makes it safe for kids. The elementary school and kindergarten in the community makes getting to school for young kids really easy. There’s also the Jeffco library off Bowles that’s about 3 miles from the community center and Columbine is our local high school. There are plenty of places to walk, bicycle and the community center is a good place to play cards and have book clubs after hours. I would give it a 11 out of 10 as a family friendly neighborhood."
  • Dan
"Littleton is a great place to raise a family! Nice neighborhoods, good schools, and nice county open space and recreation facilities"
  • Alisondosher
"Food trucks , bingo, pickleball , pool parties, school events , clement park is walking distance w many festivals. "
  • Lisamarid
"Love the walking trails and park-like setting of this neighborhood. It's refreshing to know that even after dark we feel safe walking our four legged friends "
  • Paul Messenich
"Santa Fe is a disaster Sterling Ranch didn’t net prepare the roads for their development and are now playing catchup at the expense of the community members "
  • Erin Fischer
"Beautiful, peaceful area. Lots of wildlife to be aware of . Friendly neighbors, incredible views, clean air"
  • Saphire Beaman
"I’ve lived in Littleton my whole life & still think it’s a great place to live. It has a small town feel while still being close to everything. "
  • Jasmine Long
"So many parks around, I’ve been to 6+ around here my whole life. It’s a super safe area, kids in my block are constantly having water play dates or basketball matches, and there’s always weekly events during summer for the kids to do bounce houses, cotton candy, concert for the parents. And at least in my neighborhood, we have had kids, dogs, cat get a bit father than they should, and everytime, some one will walk them right back to the front door to make sure they get home okay. Obviously I don’t know about any other blocks, but let’s just say my block has had a lot of 2 year old run aways"
  • Felipe Sabatini
"I don’t like that some people just don’t pickup after their dogs. Also, some people just don’t keep their dogs on their collars."
  • Adam Holman
"We love it here. It’s very family oriented. The schools are all very close and are great for our kids. "
  • Cullen Weber
"Definitely, I am a dog owner and between the walking trails and open space it’s great. With even more parks under construction it’s only going to get better."
  • Nikki Allen
"All the houses have fences. You have to walk in the street before getting to a sidewalk. Owners are friendly."
  • Jaime Torlincasi
"The endless trails are beautiful and perfect for walks with your dog. Lots of fellow pups and garbage cans with poop bags! "
