  • BenPea
"It’s nice and quiet. Lots of various activities to participate in any weekly basis. Neighbors are helpful."
  • Goombao
"Dog owners are friendly, most pick up after their pets. Very few are off leash and most contain their dogs and control barking. "
  • Marta.jovel
"It’s private, quiet and calm! And my daughter’s school has near to my house. Also I have really good restaurants nearby."
  • Trulia User
"It is quiet and clean. Light traffic, access to light rail. Decent food options but could be better."
  • Afontsanborn
"Friendly, easy to get to the foothills to hike and cycle. Very little traffic. Oversized houses. Decent schools. "
  • Goombao
"Dog owners respect others and follow leash laws and give others space. Some owners don’t pick up in a nearby field."
  • Goombao
"Safe friendly neighborhood, 45 years here. Pets are numerous, continuing changes in demographics from young to old and then back again."
  • Goombao
"Great neighborhood, pet friendly, safe and walkable. Shopping, restaurants and services are all convenient."
  • Trulia User
"The area is very family oriented. Nice places to go and enjoy as a family to walk and hike. Close to hospitals and great doctors in the area"
  • Dad
"I’ve lived here with my wife for seven years. Our neighbors are great and always happy to trade watching homes if someone’s out of town. There are lots of neighborhood activities, kids playing in the three local parks, enjoying the swimming pool, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, playground, and lake with its paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes. We commonly see boys walking home with a stringer of bluegill and bass and the HOA puts on parties at least once per quarter. The HOA fee is the lowest we’ve ever experienced despite having an Olympic size pool available to all residents. The speed limit is low going through the neighborhood, but makes it safe for kids. The elementary school and kindergarten in the community makes getting to school for young kids really easy. There’s also the Jeffco library off Bowles that’s about 3 miles from the community center and Columbine is our local high school. There are plenty of places to walk, bicycle and the community center is a good place to play cards and have book clubs after hours. I would give it a 11 out of 10 as a family friendly neighborhood."
  • Dan
"Littleton is a great place to raise a family! Nice neighborhoods, good schools, and nice county open space and recreation facilities"
  • Alisondosher
"Food trucks , bingo, pickleball , pool parties, school events , clement park is walking distance w many festivals. "
  • Lisamarid
"Love the walking trails and park-like setting of this neighborhood. It's refreshing to know that even after dark we feel safe walking our four legged friends "
  • Paul Messenich
"Santa Fe is a disaster Sterling Ranch didn’t net prepare the roads for their development and are now playing catchup at the expense of the community members "
  • Erin Fischer
"Beautiful, peaceful area. Lots of wildlife to be aware of . Friendly neighbors, incredible views, clean air"
  • Saphire Beaman
"I’ve lived in Littleton my whole life & still think it’s a great place to live. It has a small town feel while still being close to everything. "
  • Jasmine Long
"So many parks around, I’ve been to 6+ around here my whole life. It’s a super safe area, kids in my block are constantly having water play dates or basketball matches, and there’s always weekly events during summer for the kids to do bounce houses, cotton candy, concert for the parents. And at least in my neighborhood, we have had kids, dogs, cat get a bit father than they should, and everytime, some one will walk them right back to the front door to make sure they get home okay. Obviously I don’t know about any other blocks, but let’s just say my block has had a lot of 2 year old run aways"
  • Felipe Sabatini
"I don’t like that some people just don’t pickup after their dogs. Also, some people just don’t keep their dogs on their collars."
  • Adam Holman
"We love it here. It’s very family oriented. The schools are all very close and are great for our kids. "
  • Cullen Weber
"Definitely, I am a dog owner and between the walking trails and open space it’s great. With even more parks under construction it’s only going to get better."
