About this House

Tucked away in North University Hills, East Wesley Place is a midcentury modern flat with close proximity to Denver University (5 minute drive), Washington Park (9 minute drive), South Pearl Street (11 minute drive), and Cherry Creek Shopping District (11 minute drive). Located a quarter mile from the Colorado Lightrail Station and directly off i25, this lower-level condo is only a 25-minute Lightrail ride to downtown or a 12 minute drive (with minimal traffic). This urban dwelling located in Denver proper has all the conveniences of city living with the charm of slow paced cul-de-sac.

My wife and I occupy the first floor of this single family residence; this unit is Not shared but rather the lower-level condo is the basement of our home, which has been intricately designed for your private use.

Entry into the flat. There are two exterior steps from the driveway into the mudroom and then 13-steps down into the renovated flat.

The study is a separate room from all other bedrooms/rooms.

The shower is a walk-in shower complete with brand new tile and fixtures.

An application fee of $40 per tenant is required via Keycheck.

Since we're on site, we are available to help familiarize you with the area, answer questions, and help out with any issues or places to recommend. We had a tenant whose car wouldn't start and we were able to jump them and get them on their way, as an example. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. -John & Taryn

"Super dog friendly! We have easy access to the high line trail so everyone is walking their dogs on trail! "
  • Todd C.
"Plenty of dog lovers, good parks And paths to walk. Most people clean up after their dogs. Most dogs are well behaved."
  • Todd C.
"Colorado is the Dog state. Neighborhood is very accommodating to dogs. Some people take it too far and think they can take their dogs into stores and restaurants. Otherwise, good b neighborhood for dogs."
  • Chuck
"Safe, quiet and on the upside of value. Quite a bit of character with the new homes being built. Only blocks from the High line trail for hiking and biking. "
  • Mary L.
"Lots of people walking after work, neighbors know each other, you can walk two blocks to Starbucks or to the store. Manageable sized homes with great parks nearby plus easy access to major roads and freeways, but none of the road noise. This neighborhood is a gem!"
  • wenger2k
"We lived here for several years and loved it. Its close to i25, Tech Center, Schools and Highline Canal Trail. This area is very affordable for new families and really one of the few remaining nice areas of affordable housing. Scrapeoffs are starting to occur on the East side of Dahlia and are driving home prices up - don't wait this area will not be getting less expensive anytime soon. Lack of a park of any kind on the East side of Dahlia is a negative but very attractive area with mature trees and landscaping, decent sized lots, etc."
