Description

This is a beautifully updated, very clean, open concept home in a 55+ resort full of amazing amenities. We ask that you only apply if you are at least 40 years of age, no pets, no smoking or vaping, no drug use. Our property is available immediately until June 6. It is fully furnished. The appliances are new stainless, quartz countertops, LVP flooring throughout - it is just beautiful. This would be perfect for a traveling professional needing temporary housing. Kids are not allowed to live in our resort.

We are in a 55+ resort and we get a utility bill. It has always worked out nicely that we will cover the first $100 and renter is responsible to pay us the balance - if you keep a/c at a mid range the cost is quite minimal to you.

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
