About this House

Centrally located tri-level house on approximately half an acre. Nice big backyard is terraced. Front yard and lower level of backyard have artificial turf. The house was extensively remodeled and painted inside and out in 2020. The kitchen was completely remodeled. The entire house had wood look floors installed except the bedrooms that had carpeting installed. New can lights, ceiling fans, and blinds were installed. In 2022 new energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors were installed throughout the house. In July 2025 we just completely remodeled all of the bathrooms.
The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the main level. The dining room has a sliding glass door to the covered patio which adjoins the turfed area of the backyard. This area is fenced and gated. The family room is on the lower level. It has a door to the garage and a sliding glass door to the backyard. There is a fireplace in the family room and a half bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms. The master has its own bathroom. The main bathroom is close to the other 2 bedrooms and has a bath tub. There is central heat and a/c.
The house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There's easy access to the 8 and 94 freeways. It's very close to the quaint old downtown La Mesa's shops and restaurants. It's also close to Grossmont Center

Absolutely no smoking inside or out. Tenant will maintain the yard and pay for all utilities. Deposit and 1st months rent are due at the signing of the lease. The deposit will be increased by $500 for each pet. No more than 2 pets will be allowed
