    "There is a nice large park at the end of our street, with a playground, swings, covered tables, and just large open green space with trees. There are park benches and the HOA has Easter egg hunts, summer parties and Halloween parties there too! "

    "This area is wonderful for Families with kids, due to the schools in close proximity, parks, riparian water park and the ability to leave the house and ride for miles on bicycles along the roadways, along the canals in the area or to the water park to spend time fishing or watching the waterfowl. Singles can be assured of quickly reaching their destination with the close access of an airport and two freeways. Couples and Retirees will feel comfortable knowing that all the above and shopping, restaurants and specialty stores are all within close proximity. A wonderful neighborhood, with friendly people and all the benefits stated. "
