For rent is one room in the 1st floor unit of our house. The rooms features ample space, two closets, and natural light all in a unit with two recently renovated bathrooms and a brand new kitchen.

Located in Paramus and close to many shops, restaurants, and two malls as well as police, fire, and EMS services this locations has it all. And just 15 minutes outside New York City it is the perfect location to safely work and relax.

All utilities, high speed internet, in unit washer and dryer, monthly cleaning service, and secure and monitored off street parking for one vehicle is included. Rent is $1,150 per month. Room is single occupancy only and we do not allow pets.
