"If you’re wealthy and you know how to manage HOA condominium complexes if that’s where you choose to live then you should be OK. However, if you are a labor or an undocumented citizen, this is a very expensive town to live in. The police department is very responsive and for the most part, the town is very safe, however if you don’t have a whole lot of money, don’t expect much help from local government or authorities"
  • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood for dogs and their owners. Many trails and open parks for hiking and playing. This is a great place to live or vacation!"
