On the lower level is the primary bedroom with Queen bed, 100" Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and the third has a full bed with access to a shared full bath with tub/shower combo. The home has a large laundry room with washer / dryer and lots of storage. Ample storage both inside and a full outside storage shed. This home is available for a seasonal lease from 3-6 months from November through April , $7000/month including snow removal for driveway and parking (decks, back door and steps will be tenant responsibility), trash and internet. Tenants will be responsible for utilities (water, gas and electricity). A departure cleaning fee of $500 would apply. Linens and towels will be provided. A $5000 refundable security deposit would apply. Pets will be considered upon approval. To pre-qualify, a rental application will be required, send a message with any questions or to request an application.

    "If you’re wealthy and you know how to manage HOA condominium complexes if that’s where you choose to live then you should be OK. However, if you are a labor or an undocumented citizen, this is a very expensive town to live in. The police department is very responsive and for the most part, the town is very safe, however if you don’t have a whole lot of money, don’t expect much help from local government or authorities"
