Upstairs you will find living area which includes two couch areas, kitchen, dining, primary bedroom and bathroom with shower
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one full bath, laundry area, hallway and two car garage.
2 car garage with automatic door openers and plenty of room to store skis and snowboards in addition to providing parking for two vehicles.
Yard is fully landscaped with a pavered patio and a double swing bench, surrounded by a large lawn area. The town bikepath runs along the edge of the back yard.
Owners shall pay for driveway snow removal, gardener (summer), wifi, and water. Tenants required to remove snow from deck and stairs and to pay for propane and electricity. So sorry but no pets.
Out of respect for lovely neighbors, this home is best suited for quiet respectful tenants who seek a peaceful environment.
Owners will require security/cleaning deposit (fully refundable) equal to one month's rent.

    "If you’re wealthy and you know how to manage HOA condominium complexes if that’s where you choose to live then you should be OK. However, if you are a labor or an undocumented citizen, this is a very expensive town to live in. The police department is very responsive and for the most part, the town is very safe, however if you don’t have a whole lot of money, don’t expect much help from local government or authorities"
