The studio shares the property with a main house, which is used by the owner only on weekends and holidays. Enter the studio through your private entrance from the garage (detached from the main house), where you will have a mudroom downstairs before going upstairs to the main area. The studio contains a kitchenette with full-size sink, stove, and microwave; a countertop oven and mini-fridge are in the studio while you have your own full-size refrigerator in the garage. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace or warm up the house before you get home with the wifi-controlled wall heater. The garage contains a washer-dryer combo exclusively for your use, saving you the step of transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer!
The property is located across the street from Forest Service land containing miles of hiking and biking trails. The garage is shared with the owner, but you will have your own storage space in the garage and plenty of room for bikes, skis, and snowboards. You will have off-street parking for up to two cars, or ditch your car and walk 5 minutes to the Red Line shuttle, or 10 minutes to the Village! Walk out your sliding glass door onto the shared deck, which is furnished with a grill and picnic table in the warmer months.
The studio is furnished with a queen bed, sofa, smart TV, wardrobe, mudroom bench, and kitchenware. Note: some of the photos contain the old furniture that has been removed. The photos showing the dark grey couch and white bedding are the latest photos and show how the studio is currently furnished.
One-year minimum lease; credit check required at the applicant's cost. Security deposit required. Renter is responsible for half of the following utilities: internet, electricity, propane gas, and water. Owner pays for trash and driveway snow removal, but renter is responsible for shoveling snow from the deck. No smoking. No pets.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe facilities are decent but the principal and school district in general are monsters. Bribing children with toys to get the Covid vaccine. My student was very excelled in Math and I asked to take a placement test to put him in a higher level the principal refused and made him take lower level math while in simultaneous attendance at Johns Hopkins. My daughter also went here and struggled with one teacher in particular and came home crying multiple times a week. A parent is disallowed by any accord to walk onto the campus and see what is going on in the school. There are no exceptions. The parking and drop off situation is disorganized and dangerous. The principal is disrespectful and will clap in your face and tell parents "you are not l-i-s-t-e-n-i-n-g". This school is atrocious and the state of CA needs to get involved with the poor quality of the administration and the extremely low test scores.
