About this House

Come enjoy the community pool or the common area grass out the front door. You can enjoy your own private backyard as well (fully fenced). This apartment has tile floors throughout. It is an Evaporator Cooling system (Swamp cooler). Off street parking. Call to set up your showing appointment. Laundry room on site.

Please call to set up a time to view or ask questions. Tenant will turn on all utilities into their name before moving into the home and will be responsible for those services. The water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent.

All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. $60.00 per application. We require 2.5 times the rent in gross monthly income and no evictions or judgements in the last 3 years.

    "Dogs seem to be welcomed. But many dog OWNERS do not pick up after their dogs. This makes our neighborhood dirty. It also makes walks less enjoyable for everyone. It also opens up the chances to spread disease to other dogs. "
