6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am terribly sad to leave such a scathing (but accurate) review because there ARE some wonderful teachers here who go above and beyond for their students. However when yr 7 yr old is put on the wrong bus and ends up lost in DT Mnpls for 2 hrs on the very first day and things just get WORSE after that...Bottom line I didn’t feel safe with her there, she didn’t feel safe there and developed intense anxiety and even her academics took a serious turn for the worse within just ONE yr (after a great Kindergarten & 1st Grade experience.) NOTHING was really done reg the transportation safety concerns and it took at least 6 months to have anything remotely done regarding the bullying (which then was just circumvented to different classrooms.) I tried very hard to have my concerns heard and I got nodding heads & pats on the back but no one truly cared. "You need to see this sweet location to fully appreciate it. Right on the light rail, several yards to Minnehaha Creek, a giant greenspace, and access to paths, and a thriving little business district at 50th and 34th. Oh, don't forget Minnehaha Falls and 2 lakes with amazing park land and recreation centers. Stop at Sea Salt for some delicious fish or seafood!"
