I also lived close by on 4th & Pierce, where I frequently would take the skyway to and from work.     "The neighborhood is great, and just a short walk to Lake Michigan. The drive to downtown Chicago is about 30-40 minutes or one can commute by train. You can walk ~15 minutes to the stop or drive and park in under 5 minutes. "
