This restored historic building has been awarded Frederick County Landmarks Foundation Plaque # 415. Washer and dryer are located in the apartment. No smoking is allowed in the building or anywhere on the premises, including the patio. Off street parking for one car.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
