The home is insured through state farm, and they recently came and performed an in-person inspection of the home, roof, skirting, and shed - all are in excellent condition.

The home comes with appliances – stove/oven (gas), washer, dryer (electric), refrigerator/freezer and has a garbage disposal.

All sink faucets were replaced within the year as was garbage disposal.

The carpets are in acceptable to good condition with some imperfections. Perfect to start and upgrade as can.
