There is in-uniut laundry, and central heat and air conditioning (AC), controlled by a thermostat specific to the unit. The entry area has a closet/pantry space. There is also a large, shared, fenced backyard to enjoy the wonderful Colorado weather! Off street parking available in attached lot for $100/month.

One of the best locations in Denver. Walk to groceries (King Soopers, Safeway, Trader Joes), coffee, shops, and restaurants. Cherry Creek bike path three blocks away. Walk or bike to downtown Denver.
