Description

Right when you pull into the Turfstone driveway you are greeted by the terraced landscaping that has been meticulously designed with lots of color brighting the day. As you walk through your Mulholland High-tech anti-corrosion aluminum security entrance you walk up to the private deck with Marvin accordion doors that open up to your expansive living room with 16 ft tall ceilings! The living room and deck may be your favorite place but once you see the kitchen with a Sub-zero fridge, 6 burner Wolf Range, Wolf wall oven, Miele dishwasher & Miele built in coffee maker this may be your favorite part of the house! It just keeps getting better the more you walk through the house finding LG stacked washer/Dryer in the closet, nest thermostat, full bathroom off the hallway with quartz counter tops, Marble floors & rain shower with wand. You have tall ceilings through out in the second bedroom with built in closet organizers. When you step in the primary bedroom you are greeted by the sunny hillside view through the tall sliding glass doors which lead to a private balcony from the bedroom. Another large closet with built in closet organizer and an on suite bathroom with the same quartz counter tops, marble floors, tub shower with rain shower. If you decide to pull your car into the garage you will find a 220V EV outlet ready for your charger as well as a built in storage and work bench. Or you can leave your car parked on the driveways and turn the garage into a studio or home gym. The choice is yours... When you head to the pool area you are greeted by more beautiful landscaping along the High-end Kebony wood deck which surrounds the zero-edge heated pool with nighttime lights and jets. Tenants in Common (TIC) provides flexibility and potential for lucrative returns. Don't miss your chance to own a piece of paradise in one of Los Angeles's most coveted neighborhoods. "I've lived in this area for 9 years and love it, although the housing market has shot up in that time and its not somewhere I personally can afford to buy. its is, in my opinion one of the most beautiful places in LA. With gentrification has come a multitude of cool bars and restaurants. Its pretty great overall and I'll be sad to leave it when I buy outside the city."

"One of the community events that have been memorable to me throughout the ages was the annual Halloween event by the self realization center. There were hundreds of amazingly carved jack o lanterns. It was truly amazing "

" My friend is moving from here after 25 years so I’ve practically lived here also. And her street is a dead end which is peaceful. Up at the top of Mt Washington and the view is spectacular. East, West, and North. Always 10 degrees cooler than Pasadena. And with a breeze. Wish I lived here. Those who do are the lucky ones. "

"In my area of Mount Washington, there seems to be more couples and not a lot of children. Many artists, writers and musicians. And a lot of dogs and cats! I know there are several parks nearby, with a beautiful elementary school so there must be young children up here somewhere! I just don’t see many around. "
