Additional Info: The property comes FULLY FURNISHED and includes the upstairs portion of a newly renovated home. There are two long-term rental units that operate in the basement of the property with separate (locked) entrance and exit. Tenants renting the downstairs are respectful, have all amenities, and will not affect upstairs tenants.

Utilities are included in the base rent price (water, electric, gas, Wi-Fi, and trash). Wi-Fi is provided by CenturyLink. This is a non-smoker's property. Pet Policy - to be determined upon meeting the pet and no more than one dog or cat may be allowed on the property as it is new. Parking permits can be accommodated depending on rental terms, but there is a full driveway that may be used by tenants that are included in the monthly rent. Parking pass prices are paid for by the tenant (two are allowed by Denver County). During the winter months, it will be expected that the tenant shovels the sidewalk no later than 24 hours after a snowfall (shovels will be provided). Any tickets issued by the county for not shoveling will be at the tenant's expense.

Lease Duration: Flexible but would prefer a 12-month minimum lease.
