The formal dining room also features a decorative fireplace and an additional display shelf made from a second pocket door. The kitchen is spacious enough to allow for table and chairs. From the kitchen you have access to the rear porch and fenced back yard. Beyond the yard you have easy access to the Lovejoy Park!

The staircase to the second level features a beautiful original railing and a skylight. The larger of the two bedrooms is located at the front property and has west facing windows. The second bedroom is located at the rear the property and features views of Lovejoy Park. There is a large shared walk-in closet of the hallway that leads to the full bathroom on this level. The bathroom features duel vanities and a tub/shower combo.

The lower level of the property is partially finished, and features a large open area for a flex space, and a wall of built-in cabinets for additional storage. The laundry and second bathroom are also located on this level. The bathroom features once vanity and a shower. The backyard can be accessed from this level.

There is a $50 application fee per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 700 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. The minimum lease term is for one year. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas, electricity, water, cable and internet). Pets accepted on a case by case basis (under 50 lbs) with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300. Smoking is not permitted.
