Description

This home is technically in the county but is only minutes from downtown. Located up near the Hilcrest Golf Course, this house has views of the mountains, privacy, and a country feel - all with the benefit of being near town! There is a nice yard with mature apple trees, and lots of parking. We have lovingly named this house "Deer Valley" because of all of the wildlife that crosses through the property.

The interior of the house has 3 bedrooms. The first bedrooms takes up the entire second floor and has a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has French doors that open to the outside. The third and smallest bedroom has a working fireplace.

The large kitchen has space for a table in it. There is a fridge, gas range/oven, and a dishwasher.

There is a washer and dryer, unfinished root cellar for additional storage, and much more!

The house is available on May 5, 2021. Year lease. Although we say that pets are allowed, keep in mind that there is no fenced in yard and there is a lot of wildlife in the area. Only certain pets will be the right fit for this type of situation. We take a $500 pet deposit and increase rent $25/month for tenants that have pets.

Rent includes water and trash. The house is on a septic tank and we pay for septic services. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric.

Due to COVID-19 I will be trying to limit showings of the property to people that are serious and seem like they would be a good fit.

No smokers or students.

Zillow is saying there is a $25 HOA fee, but there is NO HOA and no fee.
