This charming duplex is located in small 8-unit community with large privately fenced yard. Our unit features original hardwood floors, dual pane windows, ceiling fans and large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and fridge and a space to fit a small table & chairs. It comes with assigned off street parking space. There will be a single car garage available for rent in a few months, if interested.

Our small, vintage community features a lovely grassy courtyard and is also designated a "smoke-free, No vaping/e-cigarette" property. Located close to several schools (Helix High School, La Mesa Arts Academy), the Boys & Girls Club and local parks, you are also a short drive from the La Mesa Village, where you can enjoy seasonal activities (Oktoberfest, Christmas in the Village, Antique Car shows) and delicious eateries.

*Resident is responsible to maintain the private yard and for all utilities except trash service.
