Gas stove and fireplace; landlord pays pool service and landscaping as well as Home Warranty for repairs. Property is available AUG 1 ,2026 for rent. If your credit is in need of repair, I can work with you; I do need to see current pay stubs. This is a 1-year lease property. Rent is $ 2,300. This price reflects the fact that you won't be paying for electricity. Your electricity will be free the solar panels are on their own WiFi. At the end of the year I get a 600 dollar credit

The owner covers the costs of pool service, landscaping, and Home Warranty for repairs. The tenant is responsible for paying all other utilities.
