About this House

Views, Solar Panels, Access to Bear Creek State Park and network of paved bike trails, Access to HWY 285 and C-470. Quiet community.

Extensive interview process, but this can be largely accomplished by phone.
We will all be certain this is a great fit and that peace of mind will serve us all.

We would prefer to take our time and find the right, responsible renters. In that case, the lease term and the monthly price are negotiable. Our last renter, Traci, was happy and considerate during 5 years in this home.

ALL HOA fees ($240 per month) will be paid by us, the Owners. Included are, water, trash, recycling, groundskeeping, snow removal, and occasional scheduled maintenance such as painting the decks, siding, and an upcoming retaining wall replacement.

The solar system we built is in place and will offset your monthly electricity cost, but you, the Renter, will receive an Xcel bill every month. You will also handle your own Internet cost.

This is a great place to live because it is easily accessible to 285 and C470, while also being close to Bear Creek Lake Park and biking trails. Living so close to the Park is invaluable.
