Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We're almost walking distance to CBU, and just a short drive to UCR, Downtown Riverside, Kaiser, and the Galleria at Tyler. Also we are a few minutes away from multiple coffee shops, chick-fil-a, in n out, Raising Canes, Stater bros and much much more!

The Vibe:
For the past two years, the home has been a welcoming space for mostly CBU students but also some working professionals and we'd love to keep that going! We're a female-only household built on mutual respect, good energy, and keeping things clean and comfortable. We do ask for a short interview plus basic verification (income, background check, references).

    "I have lived here 16 years. It’s quiet and we do have a lot of walkers in the mornings and evenings which is nice. There are still a few rough houses but most people are maintaining and improving their vehicles. We do see an occasional person parking on their grass but almost everyone has 2-3 vehicles and is responsible and respectful of others. We do have a mail thief but I bought a locking mailbox so no worries there."

I’ve never taken the city bus and might be a little frightened at first as I’ve seen some questionable people on the bus. I have taken the train and that seems pretty safe to me but you never know.
