6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school sucks. I am a current 7th grade student. As a two year experienced prospective, this school is not good. I dislike it because the assistant principal is not kind, she likes to bully students and punish them for things that didn't even happen at school. She makes people the victim when they started things. I am not happy anymore after going to this school, I thought middle school was going to be fun but it wasn't. This school left me drained. Do not send your kids here.Student Review2mo ago - Culver City High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is my high school school alma mater and I am just sickened by the way it has been allowed to fall into disrepair. I walked through the campus a few months ago and it looked like an abandoned property being left to fall into shambles. If they don't care about the morale of the students, they cannot convince me they care about the quality of their education. I can't complain about the quality of the academics because education has nationwide is in an awful state. People no longer come out of school educated in general. But this situation with Culver High is dire. The property value here in Culver City is sky high. Why does this school look worse than any low income area school in an a 100 mile radius? It's embarrassing. This school district is a swamp that is in serious need of draining.Parent Review7mo ago - Linwood E. Howe Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average*just a note* - I can't directly comment on the "Special Education" of it because my child is not in that program. It's noting though, kids with disabilities are mixed in among kids without. I think it's a wonderful way for both types of kids to be around each other and teaches empathy, so I did give a full 5 starsMy child has been at Lin Howe starting at Pre-K (OCD program) and is now in Kindergarten, so please know that's where my perspective is. This is has been a wonderful school experience for us so far. The communication between the admin and my kid's teacher has been great, seeing how involved Principal Chebola is in the day to day has been impressive and my kid is thriving socially and academically. It's possible my review could change over time but for now, I'm very happy with this school.Parent Review2mo ago - Check out schools near 4218 La Salle Ave.
