The kitchen has a large refrigerator, full size cooktop, sink, microwave/oven combo, filtered water, and counter space. The unit is light and bright with large windows on 3 walls, one window featuring mountain views. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood just west of Denver and is conveniently located to I-70 and Kipling for quick access to both downtown Denver (10 minutes) and the mountains (15 minutes). Just 5 minutes from light rail (Gold line) at Arvada Ridge station. Very close to great dining with the famous Tennyson street in West Denver and Old Town Arvada only 10 minutes away. New Image brewery is walking distance. Also conveniently located to Sprouts, Vitamin Cottage, Target, Costco, Home Depot and more, all 5 minutes or less away. A gym is less than one minute away. The unit is tastefully furnished, including a queen size bed, sofa with pullout, large screen tv, table and chairs, all linens and all kitchen accessories. It's perfect size for one person and their dog. All utilities, including WiFi, are included. Full size washer and dryer. Off street driveway parking. LGBTQ friendly. All utilities included.
