Wake up and 'Rise and Wine' with a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise in the fully fenced backyard. The outdoor dining area is perfect for meals under the sky, while the yard provides plenty of space for your pup to roam freely. You can even enjoy picking your own organically grown seasonal fruits straight from the Blood Orange, Plum, and Mini Apricot trees on the property!
Conveniently located less than 1 mile from the Promenade Mall featuring over 100 stores, restaurants, a movie theater, Costco, and Trader Joe's and just under 1 mile to Margarita Community Park with its splash pad, dog park, and skating rink. You're also only 10 minutes from the new 17-court Pickleball Complex at Ronald Reagan Sports Park.

Our home includes up to $250 worth of utilities per stay. All guests are required to complete a rental agreement after booking please ask the host for more details.
There is a utility cap of $250; any overages will be the tenant's responsibility. A furnished rental agreement is required. Additionally, a background check is mandatory and will be conducted at the tenant's expense ($40 fee).
