THIS IS A ROOM FOR RENT IN A HOUSE (single occupancy only)

Enjoy Harveston's great life style at an affordable price. The community offers a lake with a paved trail surrounding it, fishing, jr. Olympic size swimming pool, spa, sports park all at your access. Ideal location within super close proximity to the mall, I-15 freeway, and a plethora of restaurants, retail, etc.

Space available: second floor bedroom (appx 10 X 10.5) w/closet. Option for some furnishings if preferred, although the furniture pictured is not available. The bathroom space is dedicated to you, with the occasional exception of guest usage. You will have shared access to living areas, yard, kitchen, and laundry. Quiet, peaceful, clean, tastefully decorated home.

Rent is $925 per month, with utilities, included. $700 security deposit. Terms are month to month, but I am looking for someone that intends to stay at least 6 months. (I have actually had two tenants that stayed 4+ years). Includes the following utilities/ services: gas, electric, A/C, water, WIFI, and gardener.

House environment: The home is large, with 5 bedrooms, of which I rent out 2. I am female in my 50's. There is only one other roomie. He's a young gentleman quiet, respectful, friendly, professional. I have two small dogs and a little bird.

- Works full-time outside of the home, during the daytime
- Must have good credit
- Quiet, respectful, clean
- Documentable, stable income of at least $2300 per month
- No smoking/ vaping, drugs, partying, drama, loud music/ TV, or firearms

- Occasional guests can be discussed once compatibility & trust is established. No overnight guests at any time.
