Cost of utilities (water, gas and electric ) are not included in rent price. Estimated $250 additional per month for 3-4 people in utility costs.
Monthly Pest control, weekly trash removal and weekly gardener are paid for by the landlord.

- *The utility closet is NEXT to the bathroom and master bedroom, not inside it. All 3 mirror panels can be individually opened and have medicine cabinet style storage inside. The master bathroom has a shower only. Bathroom is equipped with fan. The Dryer is gas, not electric, and is 2 years old.
- *the 2nd bathroom (with the tub + shower combo) is a jack-and-jill, it connects Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. It has a tub/shower combo and a medicine cabinet mirror.
Storage unit pictured (next to sink) can be included with house rental. Shower curtain rod is included. Bathroom has a fan.
- *bedroom 2 is currently being used as an office/has a single bed. desk not pictured. room is same size as the room with the crib.
STORAGE:
- You will have exclusive use of the lockable storage shed at the back of the property that is approx. 8x10. It has storage shelving inside. The shed is adjacent to the two occupied studios, so the ability to exercise respect when accessing and utilizing is necessary.
- There is no garage.
