    "I've lived in this neighborhood for almost a decade. I have great neighbors, we watch out for each other and every one is friendly. I often walk the neighborhood at night and have never felt unsafe. I walk to the grocery store, downtown, to the post office, to the park, to restaurants, etc. Everyone is friendly and greets each other. I like the fact that the neighborhood is very eclectic, diverse, quiet, and everyone maintains their homes and lawns and gardens. I have had numerous wild animals in my yard, including coyotes, deer, raccoons, a lynx, and opossum, but have never been concerned. It's a great place!"
