This charming 2 bedroom, bonus room, 2 bath home is our second home on our 43 acre ranch. We are located 11 miles from Fallbrook and 16 miles from Temecula - both are picturesque 20 to 30 minute drives to and from town. Please note our home is off of a dirt road. We enjoy the rural setting which includes abundant wildlife such as COYOTES, SNAKES (INCLUDING RATTESNAKES) RABBITS, SQUIRRELS, GOPHERS, MICE, ETC. No shooting or poisoning of wildlife or target practice is permitted. We share the property with the tenant(s) and we cherish the serenity here. We expect anyone who occupies the property to do the same. We do not allow more than four visitors to the home without advance permission. The home is ideal for a mature person or couple who may enjoy nature, hiking, art, photography, writing, or gardening. Pets must be well socialized to all dogs, cats, and people and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
