About this House

Top O' the hill! 360 degree views of Tucson, you will not find another home with these views, even in higher price ranges. Built solid in 1960, when skilled craftsmen built homes to last (not home development companies built houses to sell). Tucked away from the city just far enough to get where you need to be in the city in a reasonable amount of time. Viewing the home will make you want to buy it (it did me), so call me to make an appointment for a showing-in person with owner only. I bought the property directly from the previous owners (no real estate agents/brokerage involved) and I'd like to sell it the same way-I was a real estate agent in TX and can execute a sales contract.
VERY SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY-thanks for viewing my home/ad and please email or call with questions.

"Being in the neighborhood feels like you are in the middle of the gorgeous Sonoran desert, but you are just minutes from any amenity or shopping you need. "
  • djkpm
"I really enjoy living here. It is the closet thing to rural living without any of the inconveniences. Homes are on very large lots -- several acres, and all are low built to blend in with the desert which is mature, with all types of birds, coyotes, javelinas, bobcats, lots of various lizards including Gila Monsters. Never saw a rattle snake but we do have king and gopher snakes. We have added over 250 golden barrels and numerous agaves, trees and shrubs. Beautiful view of Catalinas to the north and A mountain to the south. Neighborhood has no street lights or sidewalks. House is on a cul de sac with a lower drive so not as obvious from road. Quiet and dark, excellent star viewing and 15 different hiking walks thru the washes. Best of all, easy, really easy access to numerous good medical facilities, the U of A and downtown. A real gem in the desert. "
