What Locals Say about Limberlost

  • Trulia User
"people not picking up after the dogs an it's very dark outside with little light to bright up walk paths "
  • Therusalka
"Dogs are usually in yards. I never see anyone taking there pets out for a walk. Shamefully neglectful. "
  • Victoria G.
"It’s a terrible neighborhood and falling apart really quickly it used to be a wonderful neighborhood here in Tucson near the mall but things have really gone down in these last past few years. Lot of homeless and drug users around, And the police are constantly around because of the constant crime."
  • 4ellem
"I've lived in the neighborhood for 1 year and 4 months. while I wouldn't go out at night for a stroll by myself, But I have on many occasions walked to the store to get groceries alone at night. Yes there are transient people here, if you go do your business quickly and get home, it is like any other urban city. Just be safe, carry a flashlight, and don't talk to strangers. Most people are friendly and say hello when they pass by. During the day it is a most quaint neighborhood, safe, and you can't help but love the mountain view I just wish there was less crime in general in Tucson. It is a shame for such a lovely old neighborhood being forgotten. Especially for its location and being nestled so close to Oro Valley. Police presence is strong."
  • Jermaine J. W.
"Its ok as long as you mind your own some addicts and homeless convients are stores and accessible nnnn! Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn"
  • Steven G.
"the neighborhood is safe, including the parks, bike and walking paths, and great schools are in the area"
  • Javette M.
"walking trails for pets are not all that great. have to walk quite a bit of ways to get to a clean an good trail for dogs."
  • Vanessa N.
"This area is somewhat congested. It seems that people are slightly less considerate in this neighborhood. They don't always pick up after their pets and there is a lot of litter."
  • Tee
"Good location next to so many stores and yet it is still a nice neighborhood with a park nearby. Also nice location if you like to take public transport. So many buses nearby."
  • Jacalyn S.
"there's lots of places within walking distance, and a lot of people walk or use public transport, so it's easy to get around if you can't drive"
