What Locals Say about Keeling

  • Trulia User
"I'm always love this neighborhood it's been here since I was a child have always wanted to come back to this neighborhood"
  • Trulia User
"many homeless walking around, some drug users. the complex has a bad unclean around area. looks unaafe."
  • Karina L.
"There are many dogs in the neighborhood. The problem is that many dogs are not kept securely in their fences. Many dogs are out and unattended and also bark at all hours of the day or night. There are not many sidewalks when walking a dog. Owners might like the neighborhood because there are many dogs. The Neighborhood would appreciate keeping the dogs contained."
  • Karina L.
"Close commute to downtown and the University. Easy access to Catalina Foothills and Oro Valley. Bus lines on 1st Ave. "
  • Karina L.
"None that I have experienced this far. Most people stay at home and there is no block parties or community events"
  • Marissamyers85
"There are none, this is a dangerous neighborhood without streetlights. There's a lot of crime so it's not special at all. I'm am scared quite often, as I live alone."
  • Marissa M
"There are a lot of strays constantly roaming the streets. There is also a lot of people walking the streets or acting strange due to drug use which causes dogs to bark consistently and your pups always are on guard."
  • BluePalowski
"Historic Tucson neighbourhood with houses from the 1930's and several proceeding generations. The neighborhood is constantly improving because of proud home owners maintaining and upgrading their home. The value is on the rise."
  • Jessica
"We have block yard sales and we have a library for everyone to use if they would like we have a nice set up and the renting people are very understanding they promote people moving into a family home they do not penalize if you want to move and it isn’t the end of your lease "
  • Sabrina C.
"although my street is very close to grant road, you don't hear the noise. very quiet with the occasional neighbor having a birthday party late. everyone sticks to themselves and everyone leaves everyone alone. "
