    "This place very well taken care of, very quiet, neighbors friendly. Frys near by, and Circle K around the corner., I did have an unwelcomed visitor scorpion but he died very quickly lol."

    "This neighborhood has a lot of potential with the University and downtown being so close. It looks a bit rough at first but for the most part things are calm around these parts. The alleys behind houses do seem to pose problems with people dumping trash and gathering areas for what seem to be homeless people leaving garbage behind."
